JEE.RO volume 21 no.3, 2021 is here with a batch of 20 papers. This is less than before Covid 19, but we are glad that we can continue and proud to report that the quality of the papers is even better than before. One more thing, the percentage of power electronics applied to electric motor/generator drives and to modern distributed power systems is also larger than before Covid 19. Still, as the Covid 19 burden is diminishing, we hope to receive even more strong papers with experimental verification related to solving practical industrial problems on electric energy savings and increased productivity with less CO2 footprint. Thanking the authors and reviewers for their helpful contribution to this new issue of JEE.RO. We wish you all, readers and reviewers happy winter holidays and a better new year 2022.
