A new issue with 40 papers is here. The spectrum of subjects and the geographical distribution of authors are satisfactory but could be better. The number of monthly uploads is solid and growing; there are quite a few papers with experimental results; but we need more; we kindly advice new authors to send comprehensive papers with experimental validation and photos of the test rig, besides solid original theoretical contributions, in order to increase the chances of publication, as the number of entries is on the rise. Also we ask the new authors to introduce more IEEE and IET Journal and top International Conferences papers in the literature list and then assess them thoroughly in the Introduction paragraph. We need clearer statements of original contributions and their thorough documentation of them through digital simulations and experiments.
