Editorial We are glad to present you volume 9, no.2, June 2009 of www.JEE.ro . It contains sixteen papers that reflect a great diversity of subjects and authors by geographical area. More papers contain stronger contributions and have experiments. But there is still room for more in this respect. We have to inform that www.JEE.ro is under reviewing from ISI and this issue is the second of the three in row which come under scrutiny. The number of paper uploads is increasing, so we need even prompter, though thorough, reviews so that the back log will not increase too much. We kindly ask our reviewers to understand this new pressure (driven by success). Thank authors and reviewers for their contribution to the growth of www.JEE.ro into full fledged international Journal over the last nine years since its initiation.
