Volume 15, no.2 of 4 per year, is here with 41 papers.
They illustrate diverse subjects in power electrical and electronics engineering, quite a few papers refer to modern power grids and power quality electronics and high performance electric drives.
Quite a few papers have experimental work, but not enough. As this is a key acceptance condition (50% rejection rate in 2014), we urge the authors to come up with competitive papers with strong theoretical and experimental contributions.
I also urge the associate editors to put in more time in reviewing thoroughly more papers in due time (3 months) as the failure to do so contributes strongly to an increased backlog of papers which is against the interest of the authors.
You may be interested to know that this is the second consecutive issue that will be sent to ISI for evaluation.
Finally, thanks are due to the authors of this issue which come from a large geographic area.
Sincerely,
Ion Boldea, IEEE Life Fellow
