We are very glad that the fourth issue of JEE.ro of 2006 has been completed. Thus, the first year since we introduced four issues has gone smoothly thanks to the increased number of entries by automatic uploading of the paper proposals. The rejection rate has also increased because of stronger competition, so we invite you to prepare carefully your papers, to include clearly defined and documented contributions, with digital simulations and experimental results, so that the chances for publications are increased. We do have a good team of reviewers but we need more prompt reviewers and we would consider gladly volunteers (please send your resume with a letter of intention). We are also in the second round of ISI scrutiny and thus we need better quality but also we need citations of the papers in the journal. Please do not hesitate to cite papers from JEE.ro if you consider them worthy of it. JEE.ro is now 6 year old and doing well thanks to you all, authors, reviewers and readers.
