Volume 16, no.2, 2016 is here with another batch of 40 papers. We notice the variety of subjects many in power electronics on hot / timely domains of power electrical and electronics engineering. The number of paper proposals / uploads this year per month is more than 30% larger than last year, so we need faster but diligent reviews from our reviewers and associate field editors. We also would like to ask the authors with paper proposals under revision, to respond quicker; to encourage them to do so, we have reduced the time allowed for this operation from 3 months to 2 months. Also, the reviewers are asked kindly to re-review the revised papers which are wait for the final revision and confirmation for publication. Continuing to send in due time issues to Web of Knowledge for assessment, we were informed that the Content Selection & Advisory Board from SCOPUS has advised that the Journal of Electrical Engineering has been accepted for inclusion in SCOPUS.
