Volume 13, no.1 January-March 2013 of www.JEE.ro is here with 35 papers. The increase in the number of published papers is related to the increase number of good paper proposals. Also, there is a notable variety in the subjects and more accepted papers have experimental work. The majority of the paper however cover only 6 (7) double column pages while a few ended up with more than 10 pages, please notice that from now on, the paper proposals should have initially 8 double column pages and the revise accepted papers shall not surpass 10 pages. More papers with solid experimental work are needed. Also, the number of references shall be larger than 15, with at least 10 available on IEEExplore for ready availability.
