The no. 3 / 2012 issue of www.jee.ro is here with another 29 accepted papers.
We should mention that the geographical spreading of authors is rather large and so is the spectrum of contents in power electrical and electronics engineering.
More papers have notable original contributions, experimental work and (or) thorough digital simulation results.
This is the third issue to be sent for review by ISI and we will keep you posted of the final outcome of ISI evaluation.
As some of you have asked, the www.jee.ro impact factor by Global Institute for Scientific Information (GISI) was 0.78 for 2011 and it is 0.97 in first half of 2012. For a rather young (12 year old) Internet-only International Journal in a specialized field this seems a fair value. But we have to work harder, reviewers and authors, to produce better quality (more innovative, thorougly documented by theory, digital simulations and key experimental results) papers and ,as a consequence of it (not a scope) this value will notably increase in the near future.
Sincerely,
Ion Boldea, IEEE Life fellow, Editor
