Editorial We are pleased to present you issue no.4 of volume 9, 2009 of www.JEE.ro. It includes sixteen papers with abroad technical spectrum and good average quality. Our Journal is enjoying an increasing number of uploads month after month. In order to increase further the quality and impact of www.JEE.ro papers, we strongly urge you, as potential authors, to send mostly papers with experimental work and results. This way, the chances of publication with now an almost 50% rejection rate are enhanced. Also, we mention here that we need much more prompt reviews from our reviewers to avoid long backlogs. In the current issue, we have included papers sent from twelve to six months ago and we would like to further reduce the average publication time for good quality papers towards six months average. This explains why we need prompt reviews. By the way, two of our reviewers: Dr. Mohammed Talaat Mostafa and Dr. Rajesh Kumar have been promoted as members of the Editorial Board, based on their technical credentials and their high reviewing rate; congratulations to both of them, hoping that they will keep up the good work. As the Journal requires better visibility, we urge each potential author to include at least one www.JEE.ro literature reference in their papers.
