Due to minor issues that occurred in the publishing process, the current volume (Vol 21 No 2 2021) will be available in a few days.
Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The new JEE is designed to be able to manage the increasing number of published articles. The new system will allow the publishers as well as the JEE team to make publishing more efficient.

If you wish to publish an article it will be very easy. All you have to do is go to the publish section, get an account and start publishing.

You can manage your articles and send new versions at any time. Browse through our page to find out more.

Author's right

As our Journal is still free of charge for both, authors and readers, the author's right that we can afford consists of 1 statement of publication and allowing the authors to print on their own a copy of the journal issue where their paper has been published.

Unique Identification

As the access to technology and information becomes easier, more journals are being published world wide and so, the chance to find journals on the web with the same name as ours is increasing. For this reason, when refferring to our Journal: Journal of Electrical Engineering (first one with this name), please use the web address: www.jee.ro, too; and mandatory is the ISSN no.: 1582-4594, also. This way, you will have the unique identification as information about us and the confusion will vanish.

Impact Factor

The impact factor of the JEE can be checked at IET INSPEC, SJR or at Global Institute for Scientific Information

Editorial Board Membership

According to our regulations, a reviewer is eligible for membership in the Editorial Board after one year of diligent (in quality and quantity) reviewing.

Three Strict Rules, For A Better Journal

The prospected authors are expected to refrain from transmitting their paper to any other publishing body (Conference or Journal) while in reviewing process with www.jee.ro, for less than 6 months;

Our Journal accepts papers already presented at International Conferences, but only after copyright transfer from the owners of the Conference and after a 30-40% change (addition) in content, as it is the practice today within IEEE.

To avoid plagiarism or self plagiarism, we ask the authors to state clearly their original contributions in the Abstract and in Introduction paragraph of their paper and cite any knowledge (formula, configuration, concept) taken from other papers (books) at the place of first appearance; for more details on definitions of plagiarism (self plagiarism) see IEEE rules as reference.. Finally, authors who break the above rules are to be banned to send papers to our Journal for 2 years.
