Abstract:
This paper presents and analyzes the asymmetrical voltage-cancellation(AVC)control, for power control of multiple induction heating (IH) load system. It is applied to the two output full-bridge series resonant inverter. The synthesized converter is considered as a multi-output extension of a full-bridge topology. The AVC control scheme allows the control of output power, simultaneously and independently, up to their rated values. The proposed control technique achieves better efficiency performances than the other control strategies, due to its wide range of switching operation. The control scheme is verified using MATLAB tool. Hardware prototype model is also implemented for verifying the proposed control scheme.
