ANALYSIS AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF ANFIS CONTROLLED RESONANT CONVERTER

This article presents the dynamic, stability analysis and frequency reaction of LLC resonant converter (LLC RC) and also three control methods developed and implemented both simulation and experimentally. The control and stabilization of LLC resonant converters are major problems in power electronics. The modeling of the LLC resonant converter is originated by employing the describing function approach and then, proportional integral and derivative (PID), Spectator and Adaptive Neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) controllers are designed and developed. The above said controllers simulated using MATLAB and experimentally implemented with Texas instruments piccolo TMS320F28069 DSP microcontroller. Design, simulation, and investigational results for a 200 voltage, 7.5 ampere, 1.5 kW and 106 kHz LLC RC are presented in this paper. The ANFIS controller provides better voltage regulation, better efficiency and capable to stabilize the output effectively even under unexpected deviation of load.
